Lots of stuff! Rice, corn, potato, tapioca, bean, sorghum, quinoa, millet, buckwheat, arrowroot, amaranth, teff, Montina, and nuts. All of these are great whole grains and you can purchase flour made from combinations of these to use for baking bread, cakes, cookies or anything else your beloved might enjoy. Get in the habit of checking labels and you can find bread, cereals, granola bars, cookies and more that your child can eat. There are many prepared gluten-free items available from health food stores, which I will list in another post. Finding tasty bread is especially tricky, but GFCF Mommy has learned a few tricks which she will reveal later.
