Welcome McCarthyites and Krocker Cooks!

If you are a member of autism/autistic community, unless you have been on vacation in Bora Bora, you know that Jenny McCarthy has been all over the media promoting her new book and raising awareness for biomedical autism treatments, including the Gluten-Free / Casein-Free diet. I have a feeling some of you may have stumbled upon my humble little blog after watching Ms. McCarthy.

Also, the lovely and talented Kimmy Krocker recently said a kind word about my site on her informative and entertaining GFCF video series on YouTube and some of you may be visiting after watching her, and her notorious and HILARIOUS alter-ego “Kenny Krocker.”

So if you are new to the GFCF diet and my site, I wanted to direct you to the sidebar on the right called “Best of GFCF Mommy.” You might want to start by reading my posts “Getting Started” and “Kid-Friendly Convenience Items.” Just check out the list for topics you have questions about and I hope you will find it helpful. I have posts defining gluten and casein as well as giving you ideas for milk substitutes. Our personal story can be found in Yummy, Yummy, Yummy I got Love in my Tummy!”
Also in the sidebar, about half-way down I have a little box called "What's in the Prince's Lunch Box Today?" which I try to update daily and it's a quick way to get some ideas for meals and snacks.
Welcome! And you can do this! It's not as hard as it might seem!
