Merry Christmas!! I just stumbled into your blog when I searched gluten free cooking...my daughter was recently diagnosed with an allergy to gluten and I'm on a mission to learn as much about it as possible.

I posted a new gluten free chocolate chip cookie recipe, that you can hide veggies in, on my blog. I have a very picky eater on my hands, don't know if you are in the same boat but the recipe is awesome and freezes well too!
