I am pleased to offer my fellow GFCF Mommy and Daddy readers the chance to win a Gluten-Free Bisquick Prize Pack, courtesy of Bisquick and MyBlogSpot.com.
This is the same package Bisquick sent me to test. I have to say I LOVE the spatula! It makes flipping pancakes a dream! The cast iron pan requires seasoning, and like all cast iron pans, will get better with use and age.
The "Pancake Pen" is tons of fun for your little ones and "Prince-approved." You add all the ingredients to the container, shake to mix, then you can use the pan to make words or shapes with the batter. The bottom unscrews too for easy clean-up. The Prince had a blast with this, especially the shaking part, from our experience, writing or making shapes may take a little parental help.
And now for the giveaway: Simply leave a comment explaining what you plan to make with the Bisquick, should you win. The winner will be chosen at random, by the Prince, on November 1, 2011 and announced here. The winner will privately email me their mailing address and I will forward it to Bisquick and MyBlogSpot.com, who will send the package straight to you!

Besides the obvious pancakes, I would love to use it to make a pizza crust. It is so wonderful to see companies offering the Gluten Free items.

We are mad for pancakes so I would probably make some blueberry pancakes. Or maybe Coffee Cake. :-)

Oh my goodness I would make a huge pile of pancakes for my 3 year old Zeke and plop some yummy almond butter on top and let him have at it all! :)
pancakes, biscuits, chicken. Whatever it will let me!
Mmm.... so many things! biscuts, pancakes, waffles.... I can't wait to try it all!
I was just diagnosed as having to go GFCFSF... I am trying to adapt my old recipes to become my new recipes. I LOVE pancakes and would be so excited to make those but I would also like to make biscuits, pizza crust and dumplings. Thanks for the opportunity!
We used Bisquick mix growing up and especially loved to make up quick pizza crust when we were in the mood for pizza. I also like to make last minute biscuits. P.S. My son is also autistic and we eat GFCF
I would love to use the new Gluten Free Bisquick to make their Impossible Cheeseburger Pie. It was a staple for me before I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease and I know my husband misses it.
Chocolate chip pancakes!
